  • You have the authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your organization

iGamiq services are strictly intended for professional, commercial, and B2B use only.

3. Scope of Services

iGamiq provides, but is not limited to:

  • Casino game development and distribution
  • Game aggregation and API integrations
  • Sportsbook software and integration
  • White label and turnkey casino platforms
  • Back-office, CRM, and affiliate systems
  • Hosting, server management, and technical support
  • Compliance-related support such as AML and KYC tools

Specific service terms may be outlined in separate agreements or proposals.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, trademarks, logos, designs, documentation, and intellectual property provided by iGamiq remain the exclusive property of iGamiq or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer iGamiq software
  • Use iGamiq branding without prior written consent
  • Resell or sublicense services unless explicitly authorized

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination and legal action.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

You are solely responsible for your business operations and end-user activities.

6. Licensing and Regulatory Compliance

iGamiq provides technology solutions but does not operate gambling platforms on behalf of clients.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Obtaining and maintaining valid gambling licenses
  • Compliance with regulatory authorities in their target jurisdictions
  • Ensuring responsible gaming practices

iGamiq may offer licensing guidance but does not guarantee license approval.

7. Payments and Fees

Service fees, payment terms, and billing cycles will be defined in individual agreements or proposals.

Failure to pay fees on time may result in:

  • Service suspension
  • Termination of access
  • Additional charges or legal recovery actions

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Service Availability and Maintenance

While iGamiq strives to maintain high availability, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary downtime.

iGamiq is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions beyond reasonable control.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information, including:

  • Technical documentation
  • Pricing and commercial terms
  • Proprietary software and data

Confidential obligations survive termination of services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • iGamiq shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • iGamiq does not guarantee revenue, player acquisition, or profitability
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client within the previous 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iGamiq from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Regulatory non-compliance
  • Misuse of services
  • End-user disputes or claims

12. Termination

iGamiq reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Legal or regulatory risks arise
  • Payments remain outstanding
  • Security or misuse concerns are identified

Termination does not relieve outstanding payment obligations.

13. Third-Party Services

iGamiq platforms may integrate third-party services, including game providers and payment gateways. iGamiq is not responsible for third-party terms, performance, or content.

14. Force Majeure

iGamiq shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, regulatory changes, or infrastructure failures.

15. Modifications to Terms

iGamiq may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
