1. Nature of Our Services

iGamiq provides customized and digital iGaming solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Casino game development and integration
  • White label and turnkey casino platforms
  • Sportsbook and game aggregation services
  • API integrations and software licensing
  • Hosting, server management, and technical support

Due to the digital, customized, and service-based nature of our offerings, refund conditions are limited.

2. General Refund Policy

All payments made to iGamiq are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement or proposal signed by both parties.

Once a project, integration, or service delivery has commenced, refunds are generally not applicable.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or accidental payment made by the client
  • Payment processed in error due to technical issues
  • Services not initiated due to fault solely attributable to iGamiq

Any approved refund will be issued only after internal review and confirmation.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed or partially completed services
  • Custom development, design, or configuration work
  • API integrations, licensing, or platform setup
  • Third-party services, game providers, or payment gateways
  • Hosting fees, server usage, or technical support services
  • Delays caused by client-side requirements or regulatory approvals

5. Trial, Demo, and Evaluation Services

Demo access, trial environments, or evaluation services are provided for demonstration purposes only and are not eligible for refunds, regardless of outcome or business decision.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must:

  1. Submit a written request to iGamiq within 7 business days of the transaction
  2. Provide payment details, invoice reference, and reason for the request
  3. Allow iGamiq sufficient time to investigate the request

Refund requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

7. Refund Review and Approval

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. iGamiq reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request at its sole discretion.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to banking or payment provider timelines.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating chargebacks without first contacting iGamiq may result in:

  • Immediate service suspension
  • Account termination
  • Legal recovery actions

We encourage clients to resolve concerns directly with our support team.

9. Third-Party Costs

Any fees related to third-party services, including game providers, licensing authorities, payment processors, or hosting vendors, are non-refundable and subject to their respective policies.

10. Currency and Transaction Fees

Refunded amounts, if approved, may exclude:

  • Currency conversion charges
  • Payment gateway or transaction fees
  • Bank processing costs

These charges are non-recoverable.

11. Modifications to This Policy

iGamiq reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of iGamiq services indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
